She is my heart. I'd give her my heart.

If you follow the Perfect Moment Project at all regularly, you know that we are in the middle of the love affair of the Century.

Well, there have been some health issues in our house lately that have scared the hell out of me.

It'll all be OK, I'm sure. But we've had our share of anxiety the last two or three days.

A procedure that was expected to take 2 or 3 hours took 6 hours. And during the first several hours of that time, I created the piece of art you see above. It's called, "Waiting for Sue."

The final hour or so of my wait, I stood, rocking on my heels, pacing around the waiting room, watching some HGTV buy-a-house-in-Europe show .. my sweetie's favorite channel, sweetie's favorite show.

As I said on Facebook a few moments ago,

"I'll let Sue go into details... HIPAA and all that.. but suffice to say, she's got some new electronics for her birthday. Keep the love flowing... Don't let the sun catch you crying. ;=)"

My Perfect Moments in all this have to do with all the love that has poured in from friends, family, everyone.

Thank you all.

Oh, my -- how have I missed this!?

Your painting is beautiful, and shows me that all your roads lead to Sue.

I hope that the ordeal is behind you both, and that you have lots of love and healing ahead of you.

Hugs to you both. Keep me posted.

XOXO

RJP,
I imagine that all roads to your heart have been pipecleaned by these experiences w/ Sue and HER heart!

Who knew love could be any bigger, any deeper?

Sending you both more love...because, well, there's always room for more!
