Our buddy Nicky who lives in Los Angeles sent his very slim little friend Flat Stanley to Tempe, Arizona, for a weekend with the Aunties.
Our mission: To take Flat Stanley around with us and take photos of the "adventures" Flat Stanley was having in Arizona.
It's been kind of fun. I created a blog, Flat Stanley visits Arizona, so we could post photos about the weekend for Nicky to follow along.
Flat Stanley has been a very low maintenance house guest, so it's really been no trouble.
And one cool side effect of having Flat Stanley hang out with us this weekend is that we got to think about Nicky too. And how much fun we would have with him if he was here with his skinny little buddy.

I'm wondering what you would feed a guest like Flat Stanley. Pancakes for breakfast and a panini for lunch? And probably pizza for dinner. Thin crust, of course.
What a cool way to do the Flat Stanley activity.
So much fun... My Beloved's family used to do Where's Waldo pics whenever they traveled. A little Waldo doll went with them wherever they went.

We're in Arizona, so we should feed Flat Stanley some tostados. Nicky's mom tells me that we have create the first Flat Stanley blog that school's seen. But I bet we've started a trend.
